Mangaluru Dragons vs Bengaluru Blasters, the 13th match of the ongoing KSCA’s Maharaja T20 Trophy has concluded with Blasters winning the game by 3 wickets (VJD method), proving most of our predictions right. One more match is affected by the rain in the season where 1 over is reduced from both innings. Thanks to oustanding perfromnace from openers, Dragons put up a total of 174, and Blasters chased it down in 18.3 overs thanks to a 74-run inning from LR Chethan. Bengaluru Blasters captain Shubhang Hegde won the toss in the 13th match at Mysore and opted to bowl first against the Mangaluru Dragons.

While batting first, the Mangaluru Dragons’s openers started amazingly well. Both played an attacking form of cricket from the start and dominated the opposition bowlers. Lochan Gowda scored 49 runs off 32 balls, while Sharath BR smashed 45 runs off 22 balls. Mohsin Khan dismissed both batters before the milestones.

The next two batters, Thippa Reddy and Macneil Noronha, walked back early after scoring 12, respectively. S Shivaraj gives the finishing touches with Captain Shreyas Gopal to help the team put up a total of 174 runs in 19 overs with the loss of 6 wickets. Shivaraj scored 33 runs off 15 balls, including 2 fours and 3 sixes. Mohsin Khan and Prateek Jain took 3 wickets each, while Vidyadhar Patil and Naveen MG took 1 each.

LR Chethan and Rohan Patil give a good start to the Bengaluru Blasters in a 175 chase against the Mangalore Dragons. However, after a good start, Macneil Noronha gets a breakthrough with Rohan’s wicket on 26 runs off 13 balls. The next batters, Mayank Agarwal and Bhuvan Raju, failed to impress and returned to the pavilion quickly. The next batter, Captain Shubhang Hegde, also got out cheaply on 2 runs.

However, Chethan was in great touch; he scored a total of 74 runs off 46 balls, including 3 fours and 6 sixes. In the end, Suraj Ahuja’s explosive batting of 21 runs off 12 balls and Vidyadhar Patil’s crucial boundary win the match for the Bengaluru Blasters by 3 wickets.
